the population in the United States suffers from this infection.
What are the treatment options for toenail fungus?
Traditional treatment options for toenail fungus include topical agents, systemic oral agents,
and surgical nail removal. Oral medications can take many months to work

complications including liver toxicity. Topical treatments have low success
rates with high relapse rates. Surgical treatment involves complete
removal of the nail and ablation of the nail bed.
Is laser treatment effective?
Studies show the effectiveness of laser toenail treatments to be between 80 and 90%. While most patients only
require one treatment, some people benefit from several treatments, several
