How To Request an Appointment

Appointments may be made either online or by phone (602) 258-8500.

Our staff can take your call or process your request during these hours.

Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 4:30pm
Fridays, 9:00am - 12:00pm

Office hours are by appointment only. We will make every effort to insure that your appointment is on time, however due to the nature of our practice we do allow extra time to completely address all of your concerns sometimes causing a delay in the schedule. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays, and assure you we will allow the same amount of quality time for you with your doctor.

Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:00 am to 3:30 pm

Dr. Seidel

Tuesday and Thursdays, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

Arizona Cancer Center, University Medical Center (Tucson, Arizona)
2nd and 4th Monday of each month, 8:30am-11:30am

Dr. Brimacombe

Monday, Tuesday afteroon, Wednesday afternoon, Thursday afternoon, and Friday morning

Once Your Appointment is Scheduled

Please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled time will be worked into the schedule and seen as soon as possible; but there may be a lengthy wait. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance so we may use those times for other patients.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a $40 no-show fee.
